I offer comprehensive translation services in the German-Polish language pair, tailored to the individual needs of both business and private clients. I ensure precision, terminological accuracy, and language adaptation to the intended audience. I have gained the most experience in technical translations. Thanks to this knowledge, I can also provide other services, such as interpreting.
I also offer proofreading and editing of completed translations for linguistic accuracy, terminological consistency, and natural style.
For marketing and advertising content, I offer transcreation, i.e., creative translation that takes into account the cultural context, tone of communication, and the expectations of the target audience. This ensures that the message in the target language retains its persuasiveness and appeal. To optimize costs and time, I support clients by offering a machine-translated text post-editing (MTPE) service. I correct linguistic and terminological errors, giving texts the consistency and naturalness of human translation.
For companies and institutions, I prepare professional glossaries and term bases that facilitate a consistent style and coherence in communication.
I also offer audio and video translation services. I offer transcription of audio files and audio tracks for podcasts in Polish and German. These can be used for podcasts or training materials, for example.
The basis for billing for written translations is a standard page of 1,500 characters, including spaces.
Translation rates start at PLN 17.00 net per page (DE-PL).
For interpreting services, billing is based on the translator’s time – the starting rate is PLN 100.00 net per hour.
Other services, such as proofreading and editing, transcreation, post-editing, glossary preparation, and audio and video file creation, are priced individually – depending on the complexity and scope of the project, translation direction, etc.
